The Sliced Marcial Castro 100% ibérico de bellota Ham is made from Iberico pork. Comes from Guijuelo, a town of Salamanca in the autonomous community of Castilla y León. The acorn-fed Iberian pork is raised in the wild and feeds on acorns, herbs and other types of vegetables. These pieces are in the drying phase for between 6 and 9 months, then they will then go on to the cellar aging phase. There, the ham will be in favorable conditions, giving it a great flavor, aroma and texture. These exquisite cares make the ham have unique characteristics. It comes presented in 41 sachets of 80g, cubes and bones.
