The Azabache reserva red wine is made with Tempranillo and Graciano grapes. This mix gives the wine a structured style.
Balsamic aromas with vanilla and toasted notes. It is smooth, tasty and easy to drink. The Azabache reserva is identified by it cherry red color. The grape reaches its optimum point of maturation in the first half of October. They are selected within the plots with the best quality, with a controlled temperature of 25-28oC.
