The Azabache Crianza Red Wine PDO Rioja is made with 70% Tempranillo, 20% Garnacha, 10% Mazuelo grapes. The grape is harvested in the second half of September and the first of October when the grape has its optimum point of phenolic ripening. This maturation focuses on the aromatic part of the wine, it indicates that the grape is suitable to begin the winemaking process.
